I had the pleasure of attending Rick’s Certified Scrum Master training a few months ago. I really enjoyed the open discussions Rick encouraged during the two days and found the way he covered the topics kept me very engaged. He made sure we would be set up for success to pass the CSM test and just as he said I easily passed the test on my first attempt. I would encourage anyone looking to gain CSM to attend one of Rick’s trainings, it is money well spent.

Rick Waters CSM certification course was amazing and that’s an understatement. I came in with 0 knowledge of Scrum or Agile principles and left feeling like an expert and could confidently talk about the subject. He made the class engaging by using many different styles of learning. Some lecture, mostly hands on, communicating with different people, it had a mix of everything which is what made it so beneficial to me. I would recommend this class to anyone because Rick is truly an amazing teacher and leads a great course.

I attended Rick’s CSM certification course. The course was very engaging and given real-life examples from his experience. I have a lot of misconceptions about the scrum fundamentals and agile concepts that were cleared by Rick during the course. For me, it was a very good learning experience. Since attending and completing the course certification, I started attending the Scrum retro’s in my company as well, which is an amazing experience. Some of the exercises in the course were quite hand’s on and team-oriented and help me understand the lectures very well. Rick is a good teacher, I would highly recommend this course to anyone.
