The transparency of the outline of the class was very helpful and it helped guide me to be prepared for the course. I was actively seeking to professionally elevate and enrolled in a CSM class on Scrum Alliance. My initial instructor had a family emergency and we were given an option to either reschedule or move forward with Rick. Being this was all new I wasn’t sure, but decided to move forward with Rick.
