In August 2021, I took a CSM course taught by Rick. It definitely exceeded my expectations! Rick is very driven and works to tailor the course to each student combining an engaging teaching style with substantive experience. His passion for Agile comes out in how he shares each principle, story and historical artifact. Beyond that, its relevance has assisted me in my day-to-day in better supporting my team of software developers within a Scrum environment. I highly recommend his CSM course! It’s more than worth the price of admission!

It was a pleasure meeting you, taking your Scrum class and learning from you. I really enjoyed your session along with your vast experience. It was great to hear and learn the multiple aspects of Agile and Scrum overall. Your concentration on how to communicate through multiple cross-functional teams and how to maximize the delivery of business value by leveraging Scrum practices really opened new ways for us to bring in our daily work lives.

Rick was a fantastic instructor! I got my CSM with him and I was brand new to Agile and Scrum and I felt I head a good understanding after the course with him! Once I have a few years under my belt of being a Scrum Master I will definitely be getting my cert through him! I had the pleasure of taking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course with Rick. His training session was the best I have ever attended. Rick brings years of industry experience along with a passion for teaching/training. These items yielded a classroom experience like no other. Rick broke down the material for my CSM course really well and engaged with the class via multiple mediums. Rick not only discussed the topics in a very easy to understand way but also utilized visual tools which solidified the concepts further. I really liked that the course incorporated real life business examples which would apply at a normal place of work.
