Rick is a great teacher! He is outstanding, engaging and humorous. The hours I spent in Rick’s CSM class was valuable. I would strongly recommend Rick Waters for all things Scrum/Agile as he is a knowledgeable professional.

Rick Waters was a professional and outstanding instructor. Prepared well ahead of the class I was still blown away by his knowledge and insight into Scrum. He gives real world experience, provides a fun environment to learn in, and all questions were welcomed and answered in their fullest. Afterwards, I was overly prepared for my CSM and passed without missing a single question! A testament to his abilities! Rick has also been an open book and available via email or Linked in to answer questions. He has continued to blow me away with his openness to answer questions and give advice as I start my new journey in looking for a Scrum Master position!

I attended Rick’s CSM certification course. The course was very engaging and given real-life examples from his experience. I have a lot of misconceptions about the scrum fundamentals and agile concepts that were cleared by Rick during the course. For me, it was a very good learning experience. Since attending and completing the course certification, I started attending the Scrum retro’s in my company as well, which is an amazing experience. Some of the exercises in the course were quite hand’s on and team-oriented and help me understand the lectures very well. Rick is a good teacher, I would highly recommend this course to anyone.
