What’s Covered?

We discuss Complexity Theory by having an interactive exercise based on the Cynefin Sense-Making Framework

Coaching involves not just Coaching the Developers, but the Product Owner and the rest of the organization too.

We tackle common challenges that tend to surface in Retrospectives. We also learn about different Retrospective formats and facilitation techniques.

Adam Weisbart created Build Your Own Scrum to help teach Scrum to new students. We will use it to discover how Scrum is different in every company.

Everyone has their own ideas about what Scrum is. While these can range from absolute truths, to myths, to total misunderstandings, we cover it all!

Undoubtedly, facilitation is a HUGE part of a ScrumMaster's job. Facilitation can't take place without the ability to Listen, as well as Talk. We cover many different Listening Techniques developed by Sam Kaner.
