I had the pleasure of attending Rick’s Certified Scrum Master training a few months ago. I really enjoyed the open discussions Rick encouraged during the two days and found the way he covered the topics kept me very engaged. He made sure we would be set up for success to pass the CSM test and just as he said I easily passed the test on my first attempt. I took a CSM class with Rick over the summer and he did an excellent job at teaching the course in a comprehendible way. I took the test on the Monday following the weekend course and passed and got my CSM! I’ll absolutely take another course from him again in the future and recommend him if you’re looking to further your career development through obtaining certifications.

Rick was a fantastic instructor! I got my CSM with him and I was brand new to Agile and Scrum and I felt I head a good understanding after the course with him! Rick broke down the material for my CSM course really well and engaged with the class via multiple mediums. Rick not only discussed the topics in a very easy to understand way but also utilized visual tools which solidified the concepts further. I really liked that the course incorporated real life business examples which would apply at a normal place of work. Rick is a great Scrum trainer. I scored 98% in my CSM exam after taking his 2 day course. He is very passionate knowledgeable, professional, patient, and provides respectful guidance when interacting virtually with students. He delivers course content in a very timely and organized manner. He uses examples, wonderful white board illustrations, and well-timed questions to probe and encourage learners. The simulations in his course enable students to actively participate in their learning and to retain concepts easily. I highly recommend his two day course, it will change your career trajectory.
