I had the pleasure of taking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course with Rick. His training session was the best I have ever attended. Rick was a fantastic instructor! I got my CSM with him and I was brand new to Agile and Scrum and I felt I head a good understanding after the course with him! I had a great time taking Rick’s Certified Scrum Master course this past summer. Rick’s teaching style was insightful and you can tell he is an expert with the content. There was a good balance of teaching the methodology and relating this to real world practice.

Rick broke down the material for my CSM course really well and engaged with the class via multiple mediums. Rick not only discussed the topics in a very easy to understand way but also utilized visual tools which solidified the concepts further. I really liked that the course incorporated real life business examples which would apply at a normal place of work. I would highly recommend Rick in an instructor and coach capacity because he truly cares about his students and is available to provide mentorship when it is needed.
