Rick is an Amazing teacher, guide, supporter, motivator. I attended his CSM certification course and I was able to clear CSM and PSM Certifications in first attempt. Rick is an excellent Agile instructor! The hours spent with him are easily digestible and Rick is great at making his curriculum engaging and effective. Not only does he create a solid foundation for you to build off of, he integrates his real world practices into the class so that practical application is easy to understand. I cannot recommend his courses enough as I will look for him when I take my next certification!

I took a CSM class with Rick over the summer and he did an excellent job at teaching the course in a comprehendible way. I took the test on the Monday following the weekend course and passed and got my CSM! I’ll absolutely take another course from him again in the future and recommend him if you’re looking to further your career development through obtaining certifications.
