I completed a CSM course with Rick recently. Rick is not only informative, but also entertaining. While presenting the material required for certification, he provided a lot of background knowledge and personal anecdotes that reinforced the material as it applies in the real world.

I not only recommend Rick for CSM but I would also look for other courses that he teaches, as I trust his training methods.

I had the pleasure of taking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course with Rick. His training session was the best I have ever attended. Rick brings years of industry experience along with a passion for teaching/training. These items yielded a classroom experience like no other. I had the pleasure of attending Rick’s Certified Scrum Master training a few months ago. I really enjoyed the open discussions Rick encouraged during the two days and found the way he covered the topics kept me very engaged. He made sure we would be set up for success to pass the CSM test and just as he said I easily passed the test on my first attempt. I would encourage anyone looking to gain CSM to attend one of Rick’s trainings, it is money well spent.
